Classic Fender Tone In An Uncluttered, Simple Design

The Fender Pro Junior III is the latest version of this modern, compact valve combo amp. As a part of the Hot Rod range of amps, the Pro Junior is characterised by a simple and intuitive design, with minimum clutter, and maximum tone. As one of the smallest amps in the range, this is almost the distillation of this design approach.

This small but mighty combo is based around the classic combination of twin 12AX7 preamp tubes, and twin EL-84 output tubes, which deliver 15-watts of valve power. These are matched to a special, vintage design 10""speaker. The result is a an incredibly responsive amp, with thick, rich mid tones, warm low frequencies and high frequency definition.

Simple, intuitive controls

Controls are straightforward, but offer a surprising range of tonal possibility. There,s just a single volume control and tone control here, with a power light, and heavy-duty toggle switch. With these two controls, classic Fender clean tones can be wrung from this amp, which then turns into expressive, crunch tones when the volume turned up, to drive the tubes hotter.

The Fender Pro Junior III maintains the familiar, Fender appearance. A Black chassis is contrasted by a grey/ silver cloth grille, Fender logo and'dog bone, handle.
