Body

Neck

Fender have fitted a smooth maple neck to the body of this FSR Jaguar Special and shaped it to a slim ""C"" profile, offering a comfortable grip in your hand. The 24"" inch scale length neck is then topped with a sumptuous rosewood fingerboard that grants you 22 vintage frets. The unique shape of the Jaguar body allows full access to every fret on the fingerboard.

Humbucker Pickups

The Jaguar Special is equipped with a brilliant pair of Dragster C pickups that deliver that coveted, rich humbucking tone. Placed in the neck and bridge positions, the Dragster C pickups also come with their own individual control circuits.

There are two control circuits for Lead and Rhythm tone. The Lead circuit features two Volume controls for the neck and bridge, plus a Master Tone control. There is also the Rhythm circuit which has two thumbwheel controls for the Volume and Tone of the neck pickup, plus two on / off switches for each individual pickup. With this diverse range of switching, you can precisely shape your sound by sliding the controls up and down.

Hardware and Finish

The FSR Jaguar Special is fitted with a dependable vintage bridge that delivers superb sustain, while the chrome tuners uphold tuning integrity with total accuracy.
